The Best Way to Loose Weight - Health - Weight Loss

There are plenty of ways to loose weight and look better without complex formula's that hardly work anyway. With all the different methods out there, one way to loose weight doesn't necessarily work better than another.

Before you start losing weight you need to understand how weight works. All food has sugar in it, when your body gets sugar it will either burn it or store it for later. If you eat two much sugar at a time than your body stores it and uses it later. If you don't use the energy that was stored than it stays there. If you eat more then your body stores the energy as fat again. This cycle can be repeated over and over again. Causing you to gain weight.

So how do you get around this? There are two main ways. The first is crazy. You have to snack in between meals. Yes, you heard me; SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS!! :) There is a catch. You have to eat less during a meal. The idea is that if your body gets a little sugar than burns it and then gets a little more and burns it you won't store it as fat. But you can't eat to much or you won't have time to burn it before you get more. I'd say eat an apple (fruit/vegetable) every hour and cut down your meals. A trick to cutting down on your meals is putting your fork/spoon down between bites then pick it up again once you've swallowed and take another bite. Also try using smaller plates.

The second main way is to exercise. That doesn't mean go to the gym and work out like crazy. You can if you want to but that is just temporary, you work it off then just get it back again. I would try something entirely different. One word, service. Service is one of the best ways ever to loose weight. You help yourself by lousing weight and you help others by serving them.

So what sort of service works the best? One of the best ways that works for me is to shovel walks after a big snow storm. This is easy to do. When there is fresh snow on the ground try waking up earlier than usual and shoveling 1 or 2 driveways/sidewalks of an elderly or some other person who could use it. If you don't know anyone than try shoveling random houses. If you want some extra fun to be added to it than try to shovel without being caught. If they park their car in the street than make sure to get all the snow off of it too.

Some other ideas are raking up leaves, mowing lawns, anything that you can think of that helps others and requires physical effort works great.

If you don't want to go to all that trouble than here are some other ideas.

* Park your car a block from work and walk instead of driving to the door.* Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you can, they are there for a reason.:P * Walk to places instead of driving, there are plenty of sidewalks to go around.(You'll save on gas money too.)Thanks for reading! :)
