Using Treadmills to Loose Weight - Health - Weight Loss

I am presenting this Treadmill Weight Loss Article so one may understand better the exercises to follow for weight loss. Jogging without any direction makes no sense as one will not be getting the maximum effect for the time invested training on a treadmill.

When training with the aim to loose weight remember the magic formula:

Weight loss = Calories consumed through exercise > Calories intake from food

This is simple One must burn more calories than consumed. It is therefore important that treadmill training with the aim to loose weight must also be accompanied with a good nutrition plan.

To start off, make sure you have some energy drink or water handy for after you finish jogging. Drinking a lot of water is extremely important both to avoid dehydration and to clean the body from the inside. Set your feet onto the treadmill and start by a gentle warming up session of 10 minutes. In these ten minutes you must walk regularly at a comfortable pace. After these ten minutes, I suggest you increase the walking speed up to the extent of avoiding a jogging motion. Some people consider that walking at the maximum pace you can afford is the best exercise to loose weight even better than jogging or running. I suggest that a session on a treadmill should take circa 1 hour to obtain the best benefits for weight loss.

When fast walking becomes boring, one may adventure himself or herself for jogging. The same 10 minutes warming up procedure applies, however the following ten minutes must be fast walking and the remaining 40 minutes running. This means that speed must be increased gradually. When using a treadmill you must be sure to wear comfortable running shoes, especially when increasing speed for jogging and running.

My recommendation for treadmill training is to exercise daily for 1 hour. Once you get in the routine, your body metabolism will increase, making it possible to continue burning fat even when not training. Remember that the metabolism controls the rate at which your body is burning fat.

For the very experienced, I may also suggest you perform one hour of speed interval training with 3 minutes jogging and one minute fast running intervals. Always remember that the first ten minutes of the workout must be for warming up.

The Best Way to Loose Weight - Health - Weight Loss

There are plenty of ways to loose weight and look better without complex formula's that hardly work anyway. With all the different methods out there, one way to loose weight doesn't necessarily work better than another.

Before you start losing weight you need to understand how weight works. All food has sugar in it, when your body gets sugar it will either burn it or store it for later. If you eat two much sugar at a time than your body stores it and uses it later. If you don't use the energy that was stored than it stays there. If you eat more then your body stores the energy as fat again. This cycle can be repeated over and over again. Causing you to gain weight.

So how do you get around this? There are two main ways. The first is crazy. You have to snack in between meals. Yes, you heard me; SNACK IN BETWEEN MEALS!! :) There is a catch. You have to eat less during a meal. The idea is that if your body gets a little sugar than burns it and then gets a little more and burns it you won't store it as fat. But you can't eat to much or you won't have time to burn it before you get more. I'd say eat an apple (fruit/vegetable) every hour and cut down your meals. A trick to cutting down on your meals is putting your fork/spoon down between bites then pick it up again once you've swallowed and take another bite. Also try using smaller plates.

The second main way is to exercise. That doesn't mean go to the gym and work out like crazy. You can if you want to but that is just temporary, you work it off then just get it back again. I would try something entirely different. One word, service. Service is one of the best ways ever to loose weight. You help yourself by lousing weight and you help others by serving them.

So what sort of service works the best? One of the best ways that works for me is to shovel walks after a big snow storm. This is easy to do. When there is fresh snow on the ground try waking up earlier than usual and shoveling 1 or 2 driveways/sidewalks of an elderly or some other person who could use it. If you don't know anyone than try shoveling random houses. If you want some extra fun to be added to it than try to shovel without being caught. If they park their car in the street than make sure to get all the snow off of it too.

Some other ideas are raking up leaves, mowing lawns, anything that you can think of that helps others and requires physical effort works great.

If you don't want to go to all that trouble than here are some other ideas.

They can swear up and down that the exercise works and show you their body, but it could simply be that they were blessed with good genetics and have always had that body that you want.

Well that is great for the person that made the video, but it isnt helpful to you: the person that is looking how to start out to loose weights. Without someone there critiquing your every move or action, watching a video wont help you do exercises correctly. First off they might not even be doing the exercise right. Secondly, if they arent a personal trainer, they are just doing an exercise.

It is important to take the time to really get to know the person that you learning from. Do they have a health background? Are they a nutritionist? Do they practice what they preach?

All of these questions should make you take a step back before going all out on a loose weights plan that is free on the internet. Most likely if the information is actually good, they would charge you for it because it is premium information that many people are wanting to learn about.

So before you start any venture where you plan to use the internet to loose weights, remember to take the time to understand the background of the person. Just because they claim all of these numbers and facts, doesnt mean that they actually work or are valid.
