Look in the mirror and you see yourself. You are probably one of the millions of people who are not happy with the way you look. This is just a basic reality for billions of people in the world. However, so many people have the ability to change that and do nothing about it. It is a lot easier to make your dream of having an amazing body a reality. Not only is it good for your self esteem but will improve your health as well. All of this will improve your outlook on life and make you a better person.

The first and foremost thing that you should do is set up a good diet. In order to do that you should go into your kitchen and get rid of all of that junk food and sweets. This will be very beneficial to you so that you will not be able to cheat when craving for food. If all you have is healthy food then you will follow your diet a lot more strictly. Now once you have gotten rid of your junk food you need to get healthy food. Some healthy food that you should get are lean meats, vegetables lots of vegetables, and whole wheat products. You should also be eating every 2 hours or so to keep your metabolism up.

Once you have a good diet you need to plan your workout. You should be working out six days a week leaving one day to relax and enjoy yourself. Of those six days a week you should be running about three days a week and working out the other days. When you run or do cardio you should be doing 30 min or more so that you are burning fat. On the days you work out you can work out any muscle but you need to make sure you do abs at the end of each workout. Some various abs exercise that you can do include: crunches, leg raises, hanging sit ups,planks, and different machines targeting the abs.
