4. Drinking diet drinks for example Crystal Light, diet soda or other diet drinks. People can still lose drinking these however it will definitely reduce the amount you'd have forfeit had you kept to only water, teas, coffees, and standard water.

5. Eating the same protein, fruit or vegetable for supper and dinner. You have to vary these for supper and dinner each day.

6. Eating beef that is too fatty. American Beef is very fatty. We suggest using very lean cuts such as London Broil or Round Steak. Even extra lean hamburger is usually to fatty. Try having the butcher cut body fat off a lean steak and have it ground into hamburger meat.

9. Trying to eat out while doing phase two. You are able to eat a lot better on phase two at home. If you're attempting to do this diet eating out constantly you will pay a lot for bland boring food that rarely satisfies you.
