Zucchini Bread Recipes - Food - Recipes

I know it's sound's like yucky health food but the zucchini bread is nothing like it. usually they are very moist and feels like Banana Bread But Only better.I found a lot of variation of the zucchini bread but as you already understood i'm baking them my self befor reccomanding them for you. i will updated this Lens every time i'll find a great Zucchini Bread Recipe.

Zucchini Bread RecipeI really enjoyed this bread,Fantastic! Nice and moist, i left out the nuts and used a 3/4 C less sugar. great texture.

Ingredients- 2 1/2 cups sugar- 3 eggs- 3 cups flour- 3 teaspoons vanilla- 1 cup oil- 2 cups zucchini, grated- 1/4 teaspoon salt- 1 teaspoon baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder- 1 cup nuts (optional)- 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.- Combine all ingredients.- Pour into two greased loaf pans.- Bake for one hour.

Ingredients- 3 eggs- 2 cups sugar- 1 cup oil- 3 cups flour- 1 teaspoon salt- 1 teaspoon baking soda- 1 teaspoon baking powder- 2 teaspoons vanilla- 3 cups zucchini, grated,raw and unpeeled- 1 teaspoon cinnamon- 1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions- Beat together eggs, sugar, and oil.- Add the other ingredients, beating well.- Pure the mix in to two oiled and floured loaf pans.- Bake at 350 F degrees for about 1 hour.

Ingredients- 3 eggs- 2 cups sugar- 1/4 cup canola oil- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1 1/2 cups cornstarch- 3/4 cup rice flour- 3/4 cup tapioca flour- 1 tablespoon xanthenes gum- 1 tablespoon cinnamon- 1 tablespoon baking powder- 1 teaspoon baking soda- 2 cups fresh zucchini, grated- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.- Beat the eggs until foamy, adding sugar, oil, and applesauce (use wire whip attachment for mixer).- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and then add them to the egg mixture- Switch to the flat beater or dough hook attachment and beat in electric mixer for about 3 minutes or until batter is mixed well and becomes verythick then Add nuts.- Grease two large loaf pans and fill each 1/2 full.- Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes till the middle is cooked through.- If your oven cooks the tops of these loaves too quickly, Cover with aluminum foil to prevent burning (after about 25-35 minutes).- If you want to use this as breakfast bread, you can sprinkle the tops with Confectioner's sugar.

Low-Fat Banana Zucchini BreadThink Banana Bread But With A Twist

Ingredients- 1 cup white flour- 1 cup wheat flour- 1 cup rolled oat (Quaker Old Fashioned Oats)- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg- 1 teaspoon salt- 4 eggs (or Egg Beaters to cut some calories)- 1 1/4 cups white sugar- 1/4 cup oil- 1/2 cup applesauce- 2 medium overripe bananas, mashed (the riper, the sweeter)- 1 teaspoon vanilla- 2 cups shredded zucchini- 1 cup raisins (or dates or walnuts)

Directions- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.- Whisk together white flour, wheat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt.- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.- Add the sugar, oil, applesauce, and mashed bananas to the eggs; mix well an Add the vanilla.- Combine the wet and dry mixtures. Stir until just combined.- Fold in the zucchini and raisins.- Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans (9x5-inch).- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
