In these situations you are obviously desperate and you've got no idea how get started it ,well in this article i have taken time to outline some tips to help you get rid of those extra pounds fast so pay close attention.

1. Eat more: It might seem ironic but to loose weight fast and in a way that those not compromise your health you have to increase your metabolism by eating at least six SMALL meals daily. NEVER skip breakfast as this send your body into starvation mode ,this is'nt good for your fat loss goals.

2.You might consider going on a detox diet,preferably a juice based detox diet. this will cleanse your body of toxins and undigested food and also provide you with carbs and sugars.This diet isn't suitable for long periods of time ,But is only meant as a "crash" diet to help you loose a lot of weight in a short period of time, it can be an extremely effective way to loose those extra pounds.

3.If you are the type that likes working out a lot and can spare the time, you could loose weight fast by doing a lot of cardiovascular activities. I will suggest you do 1 hour aerobic workouts for some days. You can jog, power walk, cycle, swim or whatever you like. It you want to play basketball, tennis or take some aerobic classes, Learn to alternate your workouts for better result.

But don't do massive workouts and go on a diet at the same time. If you have chosen to burn the extra fat by working out you'll need your strength. Dor` reduce the amount of carbs you consume but eat a lot more of vegetables, fruit and protein.Losing a lot of fat in a hurry isn't a very easy thing to do but if you are willing to stick with it and put in a little effort, you could get those excess fat off.
